These Terms & Conditions govern use of GetShown, a real estate showing appointment platform operated by SPLAT, LLC. By using GetShown, you agree to these terms.

Service

GetShown helps real estate professionals and property owners or occupants request, coordinate, approve, confirm, change, and cancel property showing appointments. GetShown does not guarantee property availability, access, the accuracy of information supplied by users, or that a showing will occur.

User information

You agree to provide accurate information and to use GetShown only for lawful real estate showing activity. You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your professional status, interfere with the service, or use GetShown to send unauthorized communications.

SMS Terms

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in through a GetShown web form, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from GetShown concerning showing requests, confirmations, schedule changes, cancellations, property access coordination, owner or occupant responses, and account or identity verification. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to SMS messaging is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or modify features as the service develops. We may also update these Terms & Conditions by posting a revised version with a new effective date.

Acceptable use

You may not use GetShown for spam, harassment, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, or activity that violates the rights of others.
