GetShown is a real estate showing appointment platform operated by SPLAT, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains the information GetShown collects and how it is used.
Information we collect
We may collect names, email addresses, mobile phone numbers, brokerage or company information, real estate license information, property and listing information, showing appointment details, messages submitted through the service, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use information to create and manage accounts and listings, verify users, schedule and manage property showings, send showing-related notifications, provide customer support, prevent misuse, maintain security, and operate and improve GetShown.
SMS messaging
When you provide a mobile number and opt in, GetShown may send transactional text messages related to showing requests, confirmations, schedule changes, cancellations, property access coordination, owner or occupant responses, and account or identity verification. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Service providers
We may use service providers to host and operate GetShown, deliver communications, process data, provide security, and support the service. They receive information only as needed to provide services to GetShown and are subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.
Data retention and security
We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal and operational requirements, resolve disputes, and protect GetShown and its users. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information.
Your choices
You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. You may request assistance by replying HELP. Certain service communications may also be managed through GetShown when those controls are available.
